IETF 126: mumuQUIC hackathon and QUIC WG

We suggested a hackathon during IETF 126 to implement a minimal Multicast extension of QUIC: mumuQUIC. After very positive results, we presented the outcome at the end of the hackathon and further detailed the advancement to the QUIC working group.
